No, not the B7 team, but the Kickstarter campaign for issue #2 of our comic book series, Pilgrim.
A few days into our new PILGRIM Kickstarter and we’re already 20% of the way there, which is lovely to see. Thank you so much if you’ve already backed us, whether for the first time or topping up your contribution from the first round.
If you enjoyed issue 1 and are looking forward to issue 2, don’t keep it to yourself – tell your friends, your family your neighbours, your postman or woman, grocery delivery operative… Tell whoever you meet; as long they as they might be interested, of course. Don’t be weird about it, we want them to seek out PILGRIM, not run away screaming.
Pilgrim on the road…
Pilgrim writer John Freeman and B7 Media publishers Andrew and Helen (yes, it’s just the three of us!) will be at the Lakes International Comic Art Festival in Bowness on Windermere from 29 September to 1 October 2023, where we’ll have a stand in the Lakeside Comics Marketplace – which is the big marquee right by the water.
If you’re in the area or passing through, come and have a chat about our plans, pick up a copy of issue 1 and maybe one of our Pilgrim 2 bookmarks too, featuring Alex Ronald’s issue 2 cover artwork on one side and details of how you can contribute to the Kickstarter campaign on the other. Go crazy – Take two! Give one to a friend!
We have a limited number of these as they’re only relevant while the Kickstarter is running through to mid-October. They have a lovely strokable velvety finish, perfect for slipping into a book, comic or graphic novel of your choice. And they’re FREE!
